Director and members

He graduated from the Department of Military Medicine of Xi'an Fourth Military Medical University, and later studied as a postgraduate majoring in radiopathology at Xi'an Fourth Military Medical University with a master's degree. He used to be the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dean of Scientific Research of Xi'an Fourth Military Medical University, Dean of Affiliated Xijing Hospital, and Dean of School. Later, he served as Director of Scientific Training of the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army.

From 1998 to 2006, he served as the director and deputy dean of the medical department of the PLA General Hospital.
He used to be the president of "China Hospital" magazine, the chairman of the Hospital Library and Information Professional Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association, and the executive director of the Chinese Hospital Association.
