儿科医学分会执行主席刘敬教授上榜全球前2%顶尖科学家 Professor Jing Liu, Executive Chairman of the Pediatric Medicine Branch, Ranked in the Top 2% of Global Scientists
美国斯坦福大学（Stanford University）John P.A.Ioannidis教授团队发布了全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World's Top 2% Scientists)2023年版；
该榜单基于Scopus数据库，统计全球约一千万科学家的论文引用数、h指数（全称“H-index”，用于评估研究人员的学术产出数量与学术产出水平）、合著者调整的hm指数、单独或第一作者的文章引用数等综合参数，反映科学家的产出量和学术影响力，收录了来自22个学科领域、176个子学科领域全球排名2%的科学家。
榜单共分为2部分：
「终身科学影响力排行榜」——关注整个学术生涯迄今的影响力，
「年度科学影响力排行榜」——聚焦本年度（2023年）的学术成就。

This ranking is based on the Scopus database, which collects comprehensive parameters such as the number of citations in papers by approximately 10 million scientists worldwide, the h-index (full name "H-index", used to evaluate the academic output and level of researchers), the hm index adjusted by co authors, and the number of citations in articles by individual or first authors, reflecting the output and academic influence of scientists. It includes data from 22 disciplinary fields Scientists ranked 2% globally in 176 sub disciplinary fields.
The list is divided into two parts:
Lifetime Scientific Impact Ranking - Focusing on the impact of the entire academic career to date，
The 'Annual Scientific Impact Ranking' - Focuses on academic achievements for the current year (2023).
